Components of the recipes
The elements of this menu represent the main ingredients utilized for the recipes’ creation.
It is possible to insert a maximum of 40 components each of them must have its own identifying number.
In the left table [8] it is shown the list of the inserted components, whereas in the right side it is visualized the details of the selected component.
In fact each for each component they are mentioned following data:
– Name [10]: brief description of the component (max. 20 alphanumerical characters)
– Cost [11]: cost per Kilogram of the component which is then utilized in the calculation of the costs of the recipe.
– Quantity of alarm [12]: minimum stock quantity below of which an alarm is visualized
– Nutritional value [13]: in K.Cal or Kj (selectable in the Options of the program)
– Dried substance [14]: percentage calculated on the weight of the component
– Colour [15]: colour utilized when showing the component in the graphic
– Note [18]: notes and remarks regarding the components
