<\/p>\nThe elements of this menu represent the composition of the wagons for the components load and the mixture unload.<\/p>\n
It is possible to insert only one wagon for each card.<\/p>\n
From the relevant menu [9] it is possible to select the wagons to visualize among those previously created and in the table [13] it is visualized the list of selected recipes with relevant customers.<\/p>\n
For each wagon there are following data:<\/p>\n
– Name<\/strong> [9]: the name you wish to give to the wagon (maximum 20 alphanumerical characters). It must be univocal, in fact they cannot exist two wagons with the same name<\/p>\n
– Card number<\/strong> [10]: the number of the card which the wagon is referring to. It starts from 1 till the number of cards to manage as already established in the program Options.<\/p>\n
– % Variation of wagon<\/strong> [11]: variation (positive or negative) calculated on the quantities to load<\/p>\n
– Notes<\/strong> [12]: remarks and notes concerning the wagon<\/p>\n
– Recipes<\/strong> [13]: list of the recipes that are composing the wagon and relevant customer<\/p>\n
– Unloading groups<\/strong> [14]: duly distinct per recipe, they represent the groups which the rations will be given to.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, for each group there are following data:<\/p>\n
– Number<\/strong>: it is automatically set and represents the growing number of the group<\/p>\n
– Group<\/strong>: by selecting it from the menu, which appears when clicking on the relevant column of the table, it is possible to set the group to utilize<\/p>\n
– Animals<\/strong>: it represents the number of animals composing the group (modifiable only in the menu Groups).<\/p>\n
– Variation<\/strong>: % variation related to the group (modifiable only in the menu Groups).<\/p>\n
– % for Alarm start<\/strong>: percentage on the weight to unload utilized for the mixer wagon’s alarm<\/p>\n
– % Percentage of alarm<\/strong>: percentage for the valuation of the margin of error in the mixture’s unload. If said error overcomes this percentage it will be evidently indicated in the report of the loading\/unloading operations.<\/p>\n
For each recipe the are also visualized some totals [15]:<\/p>\n
– Animals q.ty<\/strong>: sum of animals programmed in the selected groups for the recipe presently evidenced<\/p>\n
– Recipe total<\/strong>: in Kilos, ration per animal set in the selected recipe (with variation per cent of the recipe)<\/p>\n
– Total loaded<\/strong>: in Kilos, result coming from the animal rations and the animals. It represents the quantity of the components to load (without variation per cent of the wagon)<\/p>\n
– Total loaded with variation (kg.)<\/strong>: result coming from the animal rations and the animals. It represents the quantity of the components to load (with variation per cent of the wagon)<\/p>\n

<\/p>Gli elementi di questo men\u00f9 rappresentano la composizione dei carri per il carico dei componenti e lo scarico della miscela.<\/p>
\u00c8 possibile inserire un solo carro per ogni card.<\/p>
Dal men\u00f9 a tendina [9] \u00e8 possibile selezionare il carro da visualizzare tra quelli precedentemente creati e, nella tabella [13], \u00e8 visualizzato l'elenco delle ricette selezionate con i relativi clienti.<\/p>
Per ogni carro ci sono i seguenti dati:<\/p>
- Nome <\/strong>[9]: il nome che si desidera dare al carro (massimo 20 caratteri alfanumerici). Deve essere univoco, non possono esistere due carri con lo stesso nome<\/p>
- Numero card<\/strong> [10]: numero della card cui si riferisce il carro. Va da 1 al numero di card da gestire impostate nel men\u00f9 Opzioni<\/p>
- Variazione percentuale carro<\/strong> [11]: variazione (positiva o negativa) applicata sul calcolo delle quantit\u00e0 da caricare<\/p>
- Note<\/strong> [12]: annotazioni riguardanti il carro, possiamo scrivere delle note di interesse<\/p>
- Ricette<\/strong> [13]: elenco delle ricette che costituiscono il carro e relativo cliente<\/p>
- Gruppi di scarico<\/strong> [14]: distinti per ricetta, rappresentano i gruppi cui sar\u00e0 somministrata la razione preparata<\/p>
Per ogni gruppo sono presenti i seguenti dati:<\/p>
- Numero<\/strong>: impostato automaticamente, rappresenta il numero crescente del gruppo<\/p>
- Gruppo<\/strong>: selezionandolo dal men\u00f9 a tendina all\u2019interno della cella, \u00e8 possibile impostare il gruppo da utilizzare<\/p>
- Capi<\/strong>: rappresenta il numero di animali di cui \u00e8 composto il gruppo (modificabile solo nel men\u00f9 Gruppi)<\/p>
- Variazione percentuale gruppo<\/strong>: variazione percentuale riferita al gruppo (modificabile solo nel men\u00f9 Gruppi)<\/p>
- Percentuale sirena<\/strong>: percentuale sul peso da scaricare utilizzata per la sirena di allarme del carro unifeed<\/p>
- Percentuale di allarme<\/strong>: percentuale per la valutazione del margine di errore nello scarico della miscela. Se l'errore di scarico supera tale percentuale, verr\u00e0 segnalato in modo evidente nel rapporto delle operazioni di carico\/scarico<\/p>
Per ogni ricetta vengono inoltre visualizzati alcuni totali [15]:<\/p>
- Capi<\/strong>: somma dei capi impostati nei gruppi selezionati per la ricetta correntemente evidenziata<\/p>
- Totale ricetta<\/strong>: in kg, razione per animale impostata nella ricetta selezionata (con variazione percentuale ricetta)<\/p>
- Totale caricato<\/strong>: in kg, prodotto tra razione animale e capi. Rappresenta la quantit\u00e0 di componenti da caricare (senza variazione percentuale carro)<\/p>
- Totale caricato con variazione<\/strong>: in kg, prodotto tra razione animale e capi. Rappresenta la quantit\u00e0 di componenti da caricare (con variazione percentuale carro)<\/p>
