<\/p>\nIn this menu they are created the recipes to be then sent to the scale.<\/p>\n
From the window menu [10] it is possible to select the recipe to visualize among those which have been previously created and, in the table [17], it is visualized the list of selected components with relevant values.<\/p>\n
For each recipe they are mentioned following data:<\/p>\n
– Name <\/strong>[10]: it states the wished name for the recipe (maximum 20 alphanumeric characters). This must be univocal; in fact, they cannot exist two recipes with the same name.<\/p>\n
– % Variation of recipe<\/strong> [11]: variation (positive or negative) calculated on the quantities of the components<\/p>\n
– Mixing time<\/strong> [12]: final mixing time as far as the components are concerned (in minutes)<\/p>\n
– Ration pro animal<\/strong> [13]: total sum of components to load for each animal (calculated automatically, not modifiable directly)<\/p>\n
– Nutritional value of recipe<\/strong> [14]: in KCal or Kj (settable in the options of the program), Nutritional value of the recipe for each animal (calculated automatically, not modifiable directly)<\/p>\n
– Dried substance of recipe<\/strong> [15]: expressed in percentage, it refers the dried substance used in the recipe (calculated automatically, not modifiable directly)<\/p>\n
– Note<\/strong> [16]: notes and remarks concerning the recipe<\/p>\n
– Components<\/strong> [17]: list of the components composing the recipe (maximum 30) with relevant information and settings<\/p>\n
For each component they are mentioned following data:<\/strong><\/p>\n
– Color<\/strong>: color related to the selected component which is chosen when selecting the component (not modifiable directly)<\/p>\n
– Number<\/strong>: it is set automatically and it represents the progressive number of the component<\/p>\n
– Component<\/strong>: by selecting from the window menu, which appears when clicking on the relevant column of the table, it is possible to set the component to utilize<\/p>\n
– Quantity<\/strong>: mentioned in Kg. it represents the quantity of the component to load for the ration of each animal<\/p>\n
– % Variation<\/strong>: it is possible to insert a variation per cent as foreseen for the variation of the recipe, but in this table it is referred to each single component<\/p>\n
– Total: total quantity to load of each component, it is the result of the sum of the quantity with the per cent variation of the components and of the recipe (not modifiable directly)<\/p>\n
– % Alarm device<\/strong>: per cent alarm utilized for the mixer wagon’s alarm<\/p>\n
– Nutritional value<\/strong>: total nutritional value of the component, calculated on the quantity to load (not modifiable directly)<\/p>\n
– Dried substance<\/strong>: total dried substance of the component, calculated on the quantity to load (not modifiable directly)<\/p>\n
– Auto stop<\/strong>: Automatic or manual stop to the following components during the load. If selected the passage to the following component is manual<\/p>\n
– Percentage of alarm<\/strong>: percentage for the valuation of the margin of error in the load of the component. If the loading error overcomes this percentage, this will be evidently signaled in the report of the loading operations.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, for each recipe, they are generated three graphics [18] which represent respectively the ratio between the quantities of the components, the nutritional value and the dried substance.<\/p>\n
The color visualized in the graphics is fully matching the color related to the components.<\/p>\n

<\/p>In questo men\u00f9 sono create le ricette che verranno poi inviate alla centralina.<\/p>
Dal men\u00f9 a tendina [10] \u00e8 possibile selezionare la ricetta da visualizzare tra quelle precedentemente create e, nella tabella [17], \u00e8 visualizzato l'elenco degli ingredienti selezionati con i relativi valori.<\/p>
Per ogni ricetta ci sono i seguenti dati:<\/p>
- Nome<\/strong> [10]: il nome che si desidera dare alla ricetta (massimo 20 caratteri alfanumerici). Deve essere univoco, non possono esistere infatti due ricette con lo stesso nome<\/p>
- Variazione percentuale ricetta<\/strong> [11]: variazione (positiva o negativa) applicata sul calcolo delle quantit\u00e0 di tutti i componenti<\/p>
- Tempo di miscelazione<\/strong> [12]: tempo di miscelazione finale dei componenti (in minuti)<\/p>
- Razione per animale<\/strong> [13]: somma totale dei componenti da caricare per ciascun animale (calcolato in automatico, non modificabile direttamente)<\/p>
- Valore nutritivo ricetta<\/strong> [14]: in KCal o Kj (selezionabile nelle opzioni del programma), valore nutritivo totale della ricetta per ciascun animale (calcolato in automatico, non modificabile direttamente)<\/p>
- Sostanza secca<\/strong> [15]: in percentuale, sostanza secca della ricetta (calcolato in automatico, non modificabile direttamente)<\/p>
- Note<\/strong> [16]: annotazioni riguardanti la ricetta<\/p>
- Ingredienti<\/strong> [17]: elenco dei componenti che costituiscono la ricetta e relative informazioni ed impostazioni<\/p>
Per ogni ingrediente ci sono inoltre i seguenti dati:<\/p>
- Colore<\/strong>: colore del componente selezionato, \u00e8 caricato quando si seleziona il componente (non modificabile direttamente)<\/p>
- Numero<\/strong>: impostato automaticamente, rappresenta il numero crescente dell'ingrediente<\/p>
- Componente<\/strong>: selezionandolo dal men\u00f9 a tendina che compare facendo click sulla relativa colonna della tabella, \u00e8 possibile impostare il componente da utilizzare<\/p>
- Quantit\u00e0<\/strong>: in kg: rappresenta la quantit\u00e0 di componente da caricare per la razione del singolo animale<\/p>
- Variazione percentuale componente<\/strong>: \u00e8 possibile inserire una variazione percentuale in modo analogo alla variazione della ricetta, ma riferita per\u00f2 al singolo componente<\/p>
- Totale<\/strong>: quantit\u00e0 totale da caricare del singolo componente, \u00e8 data dalla quantit\u00e0 cui si somma la variazione percentuale del componente e della ricetta (non modificabile direttamente)<\/p>
- Allarme sirena<\/strong>: percentuale di allarme utilizzata nel carico del componente sulla centralina del carro Unifeed<\/p>
- Valore nutritivo<\/strong>: valore nutritivo totale del componente, calcolato sulla quantit\u00e0 da caricare (non modificabile direttamente)<\/p>
- Sostanza secca<\/strong>: sostanza secca totale del componente, calcolata sulla quantit\u00e0 da caricare (non modificabile direttamente)<\/p>
- Stop<\/strong>: passaggio automatico o manuale al componente successivo durante il carico della centralina sul carro Unifeed. Se selezionato il passaggio al componente successivo sar\u00e0 manuale<\/p>
- Percentuale di allarme<\/strong>: percentuale per la valutazione del margine di errore nel carico del componente. Se l'errore di carico supera tale percentuale, sar\u00e0 segnalato in modo evidente nel rapporto delle operazioni di carico<\/p>
Per ogni ricetta sono inoltre generati tre grafici [18] che rappresentano rispettivamente il rapporto tra le quantit\u00e0 dei componenti, del valore nutritivo e della sostanza secca. Il colore visualizzato nei grafici corrisponde al colore selezionato nei componenti.<\/p>
Per selezionare il tipo di grafico premere su uno dei 3 pulsanti: \u201cComponenti\u201d, \"Valore nutritivo\u201d, \"Sostanza secca\u201d.<\/p>
